TESTIMONIALS
My husband and I purchased a home in the historic Sunset Hill neighborhood several years ago. We were selected for the Symphony Showhouse and through that experience came to realize how special these homes are. Meeting Amanda was the best thing that could have happened to us. She was so knowledgeable and professional in helping us research the amazing history of not only our home but the entire area. She was very gracious and wanted our input along the way. We were fascinated by what she was able to find. The beautifully and creatively designed book is something our family will cherish for many generations. I would highly recommend her!!!!

Amanda did an awesome job finding tidbits about our house that could have been lost to time. It's a great book that will survive forever with the house. The layout of the book is great. She was super easy to work with and very accommodating. All older houses in KC should have this done!
-Jason and Tennille Adkins
I felt immersed in each decade of our homes past - the families and their stories was fascinating. Amanda’s attention to detail put our house in context with the neighborhood. She painted a picture with photos and narrative that really brought our century old house to life.
